Zero Point Yoga Ocean Grove is a yoga studio offering HIIT Pilates, Barre, Meditation, Sound Baths, Callanetics, and Yoga. Our classes draw wisdom from Tantra, Anusara, Vinyasa, and other Hatha styles. Our studio is heated with far infrared heating, which gently heats your body in a non-invasive manner.

Trained in flow yoga and a master of sequencing, Sabrina has a unique knack for leading you through a twisting turning journey on the mat and making it feel effortless. A true Yogi who lives and breathes the entire system, Sabrina is a warm hug, a philosopher, and a talented somatic coach all in one.

Certified in both clinical and fitness settings Ashlea has been sharing the benefits of Pilates for years. She will guide you gently into a very effective and safe practice that yields instant results.
Ali has 900+ hrs of yoga training with the inclusion of kids and seniors, and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Ali has a strong understanding of the body and movement through our life stages.
Ali loves to teach slow flowing classes with a strong focus on alignment and linking movement to breath for a conscious and present practice, Ali weaves philosophy into her classes and includes meditation and pranayama practices.
She will be there with you and for you encouraging and supporting you through moments of self realisation and exploration.
Barre Teacher, Yoga teacher
Whatever movement modality you join Kristie for, her style is dynamic and intense. Expect to sweat in strong vinyasa classes filled with lots of chatarungas or Barre where just when you think you've had enough we add in a pulse set. She loves to make your legs quiver, your abs shake and your booty burn. All with a smile on her face, a sense of humour, an evil laugh and a bangin play list.
Trained in India in the ancestral Hatha tradition, her teaching incorporates dynamic flow as well as long-held and empowering postures. Her down-to-earth approach, her wide hearty smile and the philosophical insights she sprinkles throughout her classes will complement your rejuvenating and meaningful practice. Fascinated with the exploration of the inner self, mindfulness and meditation are key elements she will use to guide you through your own self-discovery.
