About the Event
Join us for a fun exploration of hand and arm balance shapes as we learn to balance your body and mind in these joyful shapes. In this 2 hour workshop we will fully prepare the body and mind to swap the feet for the hands. This workshop will include wrist warm up and forearm strengthening. Deep hip and hamstring opening and shoulder girdle strengthening. From there we will transition to a number of different hand balances, including hand stands if there is time.
We'll expand our range of motion and expand our ideas of what we think we can and cannot achieve in yoga asana.
Taught by our hand balancing master Gaenor, this is sure to be a fun and informative event.
Feel free to have your phones handy as photos of your own achievements will be taken by Gaenor on request.
