Every Wedndesday from 24th Feb to 31st March at 11 am find a sacred space for you and other new parents, as you unwind, destress and shed a layer of tension.
Being a caregiver to a tiny human is relentlessly demanding, so finding time to nurture you is essential.
We are all better parents when we've done Yoga!
This specialist class allows your baby to watch you move, or to sleep safely closeby. Numbers are limited to a small group, and there's freedom to stop and tend to your baby as needed.
If you're the birth mother you'll need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have a doctors clearance. Other caregivers are welcome to join.
