About the Event
Kate McAnergney has been teaching yoga for 18 years and is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia. Muma to three, Kate taught and practiced yoga throughout each of her pregnancies. She is passionate about helping women access their innate wisdom and inner strength as they move through the transformative experience of becoming a mother.
In this workshop Kate will lead you through an immersive prenatal yoga practice.
We will cover:
- safety
- modification
- relaxation
- meditation
- breath work
- a blend of movement and held postures.
You will receive useful tips and guidance on maintaining and adapting your yoga practice to suit your changing pregnant body and support you towards the birth you envisage.
***All levels of yoga experience and stages of pregnancy welcome.
This workshop will equip you to attend safely any yoga class on the schedule with the confidence to modify and manage your own practice.
