Flow

This popular class incorporates a range of Hatha Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Anusara and Tantric Yoga.
Flow through a sequence designed to stretch and strengthen you from head to toe, and open you energetically one chakra at a time. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Unwind the kinks, breathe out the tension and float on out of each class.

Yin

Increasingly popular is the Slow Flow movement. We take time to pry apart movements, to drop deeply into shapes, to breathe through sensation. Yin leaves us no where to hide, as we hold positions, sensations, shapes for long enough to absorb their wisdom. Breathing into and through sensation, this practice teaches us to be more responsive, less reactive, and resets our fight, flight, freeze mode. Everyone will benefit from Yin. No experience is necessary, all levels are welcome.

Sound Bath

Take time out of your week as a circuit breaker, to stop, focus inwards, relax and return to your body.Immerse yourself and rebalance with this guided meditation for relaxation, and sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls. This healing and rejuvenating hour asks nothing of you, the words and the sounds work for you, to bring your energy back into balance and to deeply rest your mind. All you need to do is show up, and lie down.A sound bath provides the fastest way to re-harmonise energy in the body.

Power Flow

Tap into your inner warrior and push your bodies limits in this powerful practice. Designed to challenge body and mind, Power Flow encourages an exploration of the bodies abilities in a safe and comfortable manner. Be prepared to walk away with a sense of pure accomplishment after this class. We recommend some previous yoga experience for this class.

Gentle Flow

A gentle invitation to flow inwards and rediscover connection to your body. This softer yoga practice is perfect for the beginner or for the yogi who is wanting to deeper their connection between mind, body and breathe. A flow of gentle movements designed to ignite a sense of calm and grounding, Gentle Flow is the ultimate ‘coming home’ experience.

Yoga Sound Bath

When movement and sound therapy collide, Yoga Sound Bath exists. Drop deeper into your body as you move your way through a gentle practice of yin and yang style flows with the healing background melody of the sound bowls. This class is the epitome of yin and yang balance, combining the slowing down of the mind through focusing on sound, and matching it to the rhythm of your body. In one word this class is ‘indulgent’ in all the best ways.

Pilates

Pilates is a total body exercise, developed a century ago by Joseph Pilates, to rehabilitate injured WW1 soldiers and later, for strength and conditioning of dancers. Pilates is traditionally low-impact, focusing on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The exercises are performed with an emphasis on precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength; controlled, flowing movements; and using breath to center the mind.

Barre

Barre incorporates concepts of Ballet, Pilates, and functional movement, to create a joyful class focused on alignment and postural strength. Barre is the ultimate workout for sculpting your body, while increasing rhythm and coordination. Barre is about dance, concentration, breath, precision and flow. No dance experience, no tutu's and no leotards required.

Yin + Nidra

The modern day antidote to our busy lives. Yin yoga invites you to mindfully surrender into poses and let the day melt away, while Yoga Nidra guides you into a blissful state of relaxation. A beautiful combination of gentle movement and inner stillness, this restorative practice will not disappoint.

Meditation

A guided meditation session leading to a deeply relaxing circuit breaker for your body, mind, and nervous system. Be led into feeling through a body scan, and simple breathwork.
You will learn simple and potent meditation techniques and learn to access a deeper state of relaxation with awareness during your day.

Collective Healing

Far infrared heat and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy run through crystal gridded mats. As you rest upon one we'lll lay a hand-sewn rose quartz blanket over your torso and eyes, and guide you into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. 

With five different healing modalities in the mats, a dreamy soundscape and a progressive relaxation practice, this session will fast become the most important hour of your week.

Soothing Stones

The application of heated stones to different points of the body activates the parasympathetic systems. Concentrated warmth brings nutrients to the area by enhancing blood circulation, and offers an intense feeling of wellbeing. Specially crafted stones comprising of a mineral content of quartz, feldspar and mica granite add negative ions and healing properties to the experience. The stones will hold their heat for the entire duration of the class, cultivating a sense of grounding, and very deep relaxation. A calming soundscape, coupled with somatic guidance makes this healing session accessible to all, and an important part of your winter wellbeing rituals.
