Private Nervous System Breathe Session with Bec
A gentle, one-to-one nervous system reset. We’ll map your current state (fight/flight, freeze, or fawn), then use simple somatic movements and breath practices—like orienting, humming, and lengthened exhales—to recalibrate your system. You’ll leave grounded, clearer, and with a personalised micro-routine you can use anytime.
Nervous System Private Appointment (90 minutes)
This session is a calm, trauma-informed space to assess and recalibrate your nervous system. We begin with a brief intake and “nervous system mapping” to understand your baseline—energy levels, stress load, triggers, and window of tolerance. From there, we move into gentle, non-force practices designed to shift your physiology toward safety and balance.
What we’ll do
Assessment & mapping: simple check-ins, breath rate awareness, body scanning, and state education (fight/flight/freeze/fawn) in plain language.
Somatic + breath sequence: orienting to the room, micro-movements and pandiculation, vagal-toning (humming, sighing, extended exhales), soft spinal and rib mobility, and a gentle guided breathing session.
Integration: verbalisation of what arose and planning for the rest of the day.
