Bron

I am 68, a registered nurse, life coach, hypnotherapist and  yoga  teacher.
I feel I am well suited ( and have experience) to work privately with yogis in the disability space, post op, post trauma, post  illness and post partum.
I also love working with the elders of our community.
I am empathetic and i also have the knowledge and experience to both design and  facilitate individual sessions in a safe comfortable space.

Kat

Kat is a welcoming teacher, offering a dynamic vinyasa flow with a focus on fluid, intentional movement. She maintains a calming energy throughout her sequence, offering variations for beginners as well as students looking to build strength through their practise.
You can expect to move smoothly and mindfully in Kat’s class whilst she encourages you to remain grounded and present in your body and on the mat.

Penny

Hi my name is Penny. From a young age I have been drawn towards a spiritual way of living and the mind body connection.

In 2017 I attended my first Tantrik workshop, which felt like coming home. I continued to explore tantrik living from here, jumping at the opportunity to study Tantrik and Hath yoga teacher training in 2020.

I feel that everyone has the potential to heal themselves, becoming a healthy cell in a universal body. In my yoga class you will be energetically held as you push through perceived limitations, come face-to-face with moments of self realisation and exploration. In my classes I weave philosophy, etheric inflections, meditation and pranayama practices.

Sally

Sally’s classes will leave you feeling grounded, embodied and empowered.
After completing her Tantric vinyasa training at Zero Point Academy in 2022, she continues her education via a 300hr YTT and an Ayurvedic Nutritionist Certification.
Sally loves an active lifestyle and finds balance between yoga, running, enjoying time with her family and two young children, spending time by the beach and working as a critical care registered nurse.

Tahlea

Tahlea has a wonderful ability to hold space for others, with a warm and gentle nature. She will guide you through vinyasa style flow classes with the understanding that all bodies are beautifully unique.
Her intentional sequencing is suitable for all abilities, yet her simple and stripped back approach to teaching will enable you to reconnect with your breath and body. With a focus on trusting yourself and exploring sensation through movement, you can expect to feel welcomed, supported and empowered during her dynamic flow classes.

Marta

Marta is a Zero Point graduate and busy mum of two toddlers. She comes to Yoga from a psychology background and enjoys working in the diverse field of Yoga immensely. She has gained experience teaching in local community centres and Aged Care facilities, working with a broad spectrum of Yogis’ ages and abilities.

Her specialties are chair yoga, all abilities yoga, prenatal and postpartum yoga and yoga for adolescents and elders.

In Marta’s classes you will be guided safely and warmly to steadily expand your practice and explore new concepts. Her style is gentle and empowering, positive and playful.

Marta has a warm and caring nature and is passionate about community and mental health. She loves sharing her sunny energy with her students and cannot wait to meet you!
