Meet Aaron
Namaste, my name is Aaron Petty, and I’m the co-founder of Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda. With over a decade of practice, study and teaching experience, I’ve guided thousands of people on the path of Yoga and Meditation—helping them reconnect with their breath, still their mind, and cultivate self-awareness.
I began meditating at sixteen alongside my dad under the guidance of a Tibetan Buddhist teacher. That early experience sparked a lifelong devotion to inner practice—especially prāṇāyāma, meditation, and the subtle art of observation.
And so Beyond Asana was created.
This training brings together the practices I’ve been teaching for the past seven years—both in-person and through my 8-week meditation course—to help you move beyond the surface and into the deeper dimensions of Yoga.
