A breathwork journey from ‘The Deep’ to ‘The Truth’
Come to experience a guided breathwork journey designed to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and clear. The event will begin with one of Tom’s original songs, The Deep – a song about peeling back the layers and being seen – before dropping into a breath flow designed to take you from thinking and doing to a restful state of calm & relaxation. There will be a meditation & integration to finish, with Tom’s newly released song The Truth to close the event.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Start by making yourself comfortable on the mat.
Listen to an acoustic version of Tom’s original song ‘The Deep’.
Experience breathwork techniques (both up-regulating & down-regulating techniques).
Meditation.

Meet Tom Campbell-Dick
“A man of many talents”, Tom is a singer-songwriter (& musician of 30 years),a Zero Point YTT graduate of 2023 and Breathwork Facilitator. He writes heartfelt songs with a sense of authenticity & vulnerability and attributes yoga & breathwork to his growth story of recent years. Today’s world is busy. It is asking a lot from us. Tom believes in sharing the tools, tricks & techniques to help you help yourself.
