In every one of us lies a powerful reservoir of inner strength, focus, and stillness—qualities traditionally known as the Sacred Masculine. This workshop is an invitation to explore and balance these universal energies within yourself through three great yogic archetypes: Ganesh (the remover of obstacles), Hanuman (the embodiment of heart-centered courage and devotion), and Shiva (the master of unshakeable presence).
This inclusive 3- week immersion is open to everyone, regardless of gender or yoga experience. Together, we will weave rich storytelling and sacred ritual with breathwork (Pranayama), dynamic energy clearing (Kriya), and sound (Mantra). To support your journey beyond the studio, you’ll also receive a weekly Japa/Mantra practice to anchor this transformative energy into your daily life.
What to expect
In this workshop, you are invited to step out of your critical, analytical mind—the voice that often keeps us stuck in patterns of false safety—and into the truth of your own experience. This immersion will hold space for you to discover your own resonance with these beautiful, ancient devotional practices, connecting through the three archetypes of Ganesh, Hanuman and Shiva. In every one of us lies a powerful reservoir of inner strength, focus, and stillness—qualities traditionally known as the Sacred Masculine. Your Guide
Meet Alex
Alex's yoga journey is rooted in the deep, ancient wisdom of Sacred Mother India, where he has completed 500 hours of immersive, direct training. These travels were more than just education; they were a homecoming for his soul. Those sacred landscapes sparked a profound devotion to the Masculine Deities that now pulses through everything he teaches.
