For those just beginning their yoga journey, our Introduction to Yoga classes have been lovingly crafted with you in mind. Over four guided sessions, Alice will introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a supportive, easeful environment, perfect for anyone curious, returning, or ready to start fresh.
Across the series, we’ll explore key asanas (postures) and the shapes that make this practice both grounding and transformative. You’ll learn not only how to move, but why these movements matter, feeling their effect on strength, mobility, focus and breath. Each week builds on the last, giving you time to grow confidence, ask questions, understand alignment, and tune into your body at a pace that feels right.
No experience is needed, just your curiosity and a willingness to explore. By the end of the four weeks, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yoga and a solid foundation to step comfortably into any regular class at Zero Point Yoga.

Meet Alice
Yoga Teacher
Alice offers thoughtful practices that explore the space between effort and ease, blending strong vinyasa with moments of stillness. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t about pushing forward, but about learning how to arrive, again and again. With an emphasis on embodied awareness and nervous system regulation, she creates inclusive spaces where students are invited to move with intention, listen inward, and arrive exactly as they are.
Alice began her yoga practice in 2012, returning to the mat again and again over the years before completing her 250-hour teacher training in 2024. With over 500 hours of training - including sequencing and cueing workshops, trauma-informed yoga training, and a 150-hour Yin and Yoga Nidra training - her studies continue to inform a thoughtful, embodied approach to teaching.
