A 3 week program to explore the foundations of what meditation is, what may or may not work for you, and how to create a sustainable practice. 

Join Bec for this efficient but impactful exploration into meditation. We'll study some of the traditional techniques and weave in what modern science has added to this unquestionably beneficial practice. 

Meditaiton doesn't need to be hard, boring, long, or uncomfortable. But for most of us it requires a little motivation, space, and guidance to begin. 

This program is suitable for anyone looking to tune into themselves (nervous system, breath, body, mind), to slow down, to strengthen concentration, and to explore the fascinating and deeply rewarding inner world. 

Our aim is to leave you inspired to continue with a sustainable practice and tools to weave mindfulness into each day. Designed for people who don't have hours each day to practice, it's meditation for householders, for those with full busy lives who are drawn to their own inner resources for rest and expansion.
