YOUR HOST

Meet Tatiana

Yoga Nidra Guide | Vibrational Healer | Trauma Informed Facilitator

Tatiana's love for the healing arts began during her travels in South America, where her eyes were opened to new, but old, ways of thinking and healing. Tatiana had been on her own journey of struggling with anxiety, depletion, and a lack of self-worth. But, through these experiences and practices, it all began to shift. After experiencing the power of ceremony, energy work, and a connection to something greater, it became Tatiana's passion to learn more.

Tatiana's facilitation career began in 2018 after participating in Jana Roemer's Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in Squamish, BC. This revolutionary practice has been one of the most beneficial practices within her life ever since. Allowing for deep rest and integration of life and its lessons.

She then furthered her offerings in 2019 by participating in a Sound Healing Facilitator training in Victoria, BC.

In 2019, she ventured to Peru to experience the profound effects of Plant Medicine with the Shipibo People in the Amazon Rainforest where she got a taste of the healing power of sitting in ceremony. Then, in 2021 she furthered her education of space holding and plant medicines and completed her Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Facilitators Training with Atira Tan.

Her love for the healing arts and ancient wisdom continues to grow as she continues to see and feel the effects that these practices have in her life. And now, she blends her trainings and life experiences to create unique and powerful experiences for you to see, feel, and discover.
