The ADHD Body is a half-day nervous system experience designed specifically for adults with ADHD (or who suspect that they are), held in the warmth of a dedicated studio space where you can arrive exactly as you are. It's built on a simple but powerful truth: the real challenges of living with an ADHD brain don't just live in your thoughts, they live in your body. And most ADHD support never goes there.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Over three and a half hours together, we'll explore the science of why your nervous system responds the way it does, map your own personal stress signals and triggers, practice a Yoga Nidra body scan, learn six gentle body-based regulation techniques, and close with a guided hypnosis to anchor everything you've learned. You'll leave with a printed workbook, your own personal nervous system map, and a toolkit of simple practices you can reach for in real moments — no app, no ongoing system, no willpower required.
It’s sensory safe, judgment free, neuro-affirming and you will never be put on the spot or made to feel “wrong” or “too much “.
Feel free to bring anything at all that helps you settle in, focus or feel more comfortable. We will provide blankets, cushions and bolsters, plus workbook and pens. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.The ADHD Body is a half-day nervous system experience designed specifically for adults with ADHD (or who suspect that they are), held in the warmth of a dedicated studio space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
