Sally is a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Reiki Master - Usui lineage. Sally loves that the spiritual teachings of Yoga provide a beautiful guide to live an authentic life while honoring body, mind & soul. As a certified Sound Healer Sally finds so much joy facilitating sound baths & private sound healings. Energy healing is a modality that Sally is deeply passionate about, while a gentle technique it can be incredibly powerful. Weaving together these holistic offerings while connecting to others and lovingly holding space is a journey that Sally is so grateful to be on.
