Yin and Sound Deep Rewiring

  • Zero Point Yoga 41 Smithton Grove Ocean Grove, VIC, 3226 Australia (map)

You’re invited to an evening for deep rewiring.

This is a space to truly put it down, the doing, the planning, the considering. This place is just for you.

An evening of deeply restful, indulgent  practices designed to rewire the mental, emotional & physical body.

We will use Yin yoga to unlock connective tissue and release fascia, guided breath techniques to create down-regulation in the nervous system,  brain wave support through Yoga Nidra and a sound bath to sync into your energetic systems and deeper states of rest.

The evening is a purposeful balance of nervous system work, gentle breath-work, yoga nidra and sound, woven to create a state of ease throughout the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Tahlea guides this evening with a grounded presence and understanding we each come exactly as we are. No expectations, no experience needed. This is a place to come as you are and slowly unravel back into calm.
