Into the Night Garden: A dream-tending Journey

  • Zero Point Yoga Ocean Grove 41 Smithton Grove Ocean Grove, VIC, 3226 Australia (map)

Step into the quiet, symbolic world of your dreams, where images speak, emotions take shape and meaning unfolds in its own time.

This 3-hour immersive workshop will be facilitated by two trained and experienced psychotherapists. You will be invited to explore your inner landscape, building a relationship to your unconscious dreamworld through reflection, creativity, and shared experience within a safe and supportive community space.

Together, we will:

  • Explore the language of dream symbols and their personal and collective meanings

  • Engage in a guided, art-based process to express dream imagery (no artistic experience needed!)

  • Form our own dream council by gently sharing and reflecting within a respectful, non-interpretive group setting.

This is not about analysing or “figuring out” your dreams, but about tending to them via a facilitated experiential process. We will seek to listen with curiosity, allowing insight to emerge naturally.

This workshop is for anyone wanting to deepen their relationship with their dreamworld and inner landscape. It is for those with a curiosity towards the unconscious and their creative imagination. It is for those who wish to learn more about the collective symbols of the unconscious and how these appear across space and time. It is for those who wish to understand themselves, their dreams and their psyche at a deeper level and learn techniques in which they can build an on-going relationship to this ethereal place within.

Those who come to the workshop will gain clarity on their chosen dream/dream image, partake in a collective dream council and leave with knowledge and practices that will allow them to deepen their connection to self and the world via the art of dream-tending. This workshop will be a relational, non-judgemental and communally therapeutic space of presence and interior journeying.
