WHAT TO EXPECT:
These workshops offer a balance of energy and rest, movement and stillness, helping children build resilience,
mindfulness, confidence and connection in a fun and supportive environment. Each workshop offers its own
unique activities and experiences, so children are welcome to come along to one or enjoy both!

Wrap up warm and join Deb and Annie for a magical Winter Kids Yoga Workshop filled with
movement, creativity, mindfulness, and connection with nature.
Throughout the workshop, children will explore playful yoga asana through themed
movement, partner poses, stretching, balance activities, and mindful relaxation.
Fun yoga games and group activities will build confidence, cooperation, and plenty of
laughter along the way. Breathing exercises and mindfulness practices will help children
slow down, regulate emotions and feel grounded and calm.
Our winter-inspired craft activities give children the chance to create something special to
take home, while encouraging creativity and self-expression. We’ll also head outdoors for a
gentle nature walk and scavenger hunt, taking time to notice the beauty of winter, connect
with the environment and enjoy fresh air and movement. A warming tea ceremony will close the session, giving opportunities to reflect, rest and warm up together.
