This workshop is an exploration of the connection between nervous system regulation and our capacity for choice. You will learn how chronic stress and past experiences can impact our ability to make conscious decisions, often leading to reactive instead of considered actions.
The session offers a thoughtful balance of nervous system education and gentle, embodied practices that support a greater sense of agency. Without requiring personal disclosure, you will discover how cultivating a deeper relationship with your body can support a more grounded, intuitive approach to navigating decisions, both large and small. Through guided somatic practices and reflective journaling, you will build the foundation for more intentional living.
Expect:
● Understand how the nervous system influences our ability to make choices.
● Learn foundations of interoception and how bodily awareness supports decision-making.
● Experience how safety, choice, and agency can support nervous system regulation.
● Discover practical somatic “brain bicep curls” to build resilience and self-awareness.
