Each workshop centres on a specific development theme, such as inversions, arm balances, backbends, or advanced transitions or a more challenging or intricate pose, allowing you to break down complex postures and explore the building blocks that make them accessible.
Guided by experienced Zero Point Yoga teachers, these sessions offer a mix of technical refinement, playful exploration, and informed progression. You’ll move through targeted sequences that prepare the body for more intricate postures, discover the biomechanics that support safe advancement, and receive variations to suit where you are today, whether you're working towards a particular “peak pose” or expanding your capability within a category like strength, flexibility, or balance.
This series is perfect for practitioners with a consistent asana practice who are ready to challenge themselves, develop confidence in more demanding shapes, and gain a deeper understanding of how to evolve their practice with intention.
