Preparing for Postpartum

  • Zero Point Yoga Ocean Grove Studio 41 Smithton Grove Ocean Grove Australia (map)

For many, whether you are thinking about having a baby, pregnant, about to give birth, have recently given birth, or any stage of postpartum (as it is forever).
Partners and/or family members are also welcome, who would like to gain more information around ways to support someone special in their lives in this season of life.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other likeminded people at a similar stage of life.

What will be discussed:

  • Ways to implement the Pillars of postpartum: Nourishment, Support & Recovery.

  • What to expect in early days with baby.

  • Postpartum depletion risk factors & how to support your body.

  • Nutrients for the early days: for healing, nourishment, and milk supply.

  • My top recommended postpartum supplements.

  • Meal ideas (book recommendations)

  • How to set yourself up for a supported, restful postpartum.

  • Handouts to be taken home.

  • An opportunity to ask any midwifery or nutrition questions

  • And more.

This workshop is an open & nourishing space to discuss all the above and more. I will be speaking much of the time, with an opportunity for questions during and at the end. Overview handouts to be given to all participants and a goodie bag from local postpartum related businesses, including a discount code for my personalised consultants.

Why I this information so important…. As Nourishing & prioritizing your body in postpartum, will support you and your baby in the years to come.
