What if one of the simplest ways to improve your wellbeing, reduce stress, and feel more connected to others was already built into your body?  Singing together is one of humanity's oldest forms of connection, because when people raise their voices collectively, something remarkable happens: strangers become a community, and music becomes a shared experience of joy, belonging and connection.

The Zero Point Choir is built around those benefits: fun, community, connection and the simple joy of expressing ourselves in sound.

No singing experience is necessary. No musical training is required. You don't need to read music, perform solos, or think of yourself as "a singer." In fact, if you've spent years believing you can't sing, this may be exactly the place for you.

Led by Sally Wilson, we’ll explore music from different genres, cultures, traditions and times, discovering songs that inspire, uplift and bring people together. Our focus is on natural, acoustic sound—the vibrations of real human voices.

Whether you're looking to meet new people, boost your confidence, support your wellbeing, or simply do something that makes you smile, you'll find a warm welcome here. You just need a voice—and a willingness to share it.

Whether you've sung all your life or are convinced you "can't sing," Sally invites you to come and experience the magic that happens when voices—and communities—come together.

Your Guide

Meet Sally Wilson

Sally Wilson spent decades performing internationally as an operatic soloist and recitalist before expanding her career into children’s book writing, visual arts and trauma therapy. Having worked with voices at the highest professional level, she also understands the vulnerability many people feel about singing, self-expression, and being heard.

Passionate about making music accessible to everyone, Sally believes that singing is a natural human birthright, not a talent reserved for a select few. Her approach combines musical expertise with a deep understanding of human connection, wellbeing and personal growth.

As a qualified trauma therapist (TRTP®), trainer and performance coach, Sally is fascinated by the ways singing can support nervous system regulation, confidence, belonging and joy. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels can discover the pleasure and benefits of singing together.
